TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

An initial deposit of £200 ($350) is required to secure bookings. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. The balance to be paid NO LATER than 8 weeks before departure along with a key / security deposit of £200 ($350). If you are traveling 10 weeks or earlier the full rental and key deposit must be paid at time of booking. The key deposit is refunded after our local management company have inspected the villa and are satisfied that it is free of damage, loss or breakages. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of return of keys. We can accept payment by personal cheque or Pay Pal

CANCELLATION

Please note that if the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the booked date 50% of the rental fee will be retained by the owner to help cover costs. (If we can find a late booking to cover a cancellation the 50% which has been retained will be returned) Your travel insurance depending on the nature of the cancellation and type policy may cover cancellation. We will be happy to provide your insurer with any information you wish us to pass to them to help with a cancellation claim

DUTY OF CARE

The Lead Guest (person making booking) will take full responsibility for their party’s actions. No responsibility what so ever will be taken by the owners or Management Company for loss, damage or injury to persons or property during the hirers and accompanying party’s stay. As the villa has a swimming pool guests are specifically requested to insure that all children are supervised when poolside. The pool is more than 5ft deep at is deepest point. There are also no pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but you may smoke in the patio areas. Please use plastic plates and glasses poolside as broken glass in this area is especially dangerous. Florida Law states that this property is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. If the law is violated the rental will be terminated, the owner will retain all monies and the lead guest (person making the booking) may be liable for prosecution by the Osceola County Licensing Department.
